With good neighborliness as a priority, we recommend that groups of revelers refrain. Evictions will apply if necessary.

• It is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of guests that the capacity of the unit allows at any time.
• You must be 21 years of age or older
• The totality of the payment is taken at the time of the reservation.
• 1 to 7 days before your arrival, a security deposit of $1,000.00 will be reserved on your credit card. This amount will be released following your departure within 7 working days, if the conditions and commitments of the rental have been respected and the unit is returned in the same condition it was rented to you.
• The laws related to covid-19 must be respected and are the responsibility of the tenants.
